Refund and Returns Policy

General information

Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only 50% refunds are granted:

  • Clothing or accessories with obvious signs of wear
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault.
  • Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery


After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return shipment

To return your product, you should send it to the following address: Rue des Terreaux 29, 1003 Lausanne. You bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
